The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

During this partial government shutdown, the 75th Medical Group remains open and continues to honor scheduled medical and dental appointments. Our patient appointing service is open and we're still taking requests for appointments. We're doing our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries and their health care. The clinic’s Primary Care and Specialty Care services are fully operational. Ancillary services (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) also remain operational. Health Promotion

We provide health and wellness services designed to promote healthier behavior, enhanced resiliency and human performance, and reduce illness and injury. Services include squadron focused Health & Readiness Optimization Reports which assist with strategic plans and squadron specific education to address areas found to be in the higher risk categories. The staff also assists individuals with body fat assessments, fatigue mitigation / sleep hygiene, tobacco/nicotine cessation, physical fitness, and nutrition. Nutrition education and counseling includes obesity / metabolic disease prevention and treatment, general nutrition optimization for improved health and wellness, food preparation, and medical nutrition therapy with a Registered Dietitian.
