Medical Records

We maintain all hard copy and electronic health records. In addition, medical records also completes all new patient registrations for the clinic, including newborns and patients being seen in the clinic for the first time.

Release of Information

Release of Information maintains all medical record copy requests. These include requests from off-base providers, beneficiaries, and retiring or separating members. Per AFMAN 41-210 medical record copy requests can take up to 30 calendar days to process.
