TRICARE Health Benefits Office

We provide customer service to more than 15,000 beneficiaries enrolled to a primary care manager and 72,000 beneficiaries throughout the state of Utah. Health Benefits provides all TRICARE beneficiaries assistance with claims, enrollment issues, TRICARE eligibility, and general information regarding all aspects of the TRICARE Program. The Debt Collection Assistance Officer in the Health Benefits Office is available to provide assistance with TRICARE-related billing and debt collection issues. Patients are encouraged to set up a web account with TriWest Beneficiary Portal to receive referral authorizations, view claims and enrollment information, and change the servicing provider for a referral at TRICARE West. The TriWest Customer Service Line is 888-TRIWEST (874-9378).
