Comprised of 450 active duty, civilian and contractor employees, the 75 MDG provides operational and primary health care support to nearly 15,750 enrollees and more than 72,000 TRICARE beneficiaries in Utah. The 75 MDG provides primary support to the 388th Fighter Wing, the 419th Fighter Wing, the Utah Test and Training Range, activated reserve component service members, and 61 associate units throughout northern Utah, while providing direct support to the Ogden Air Logistics Center.

The 75 MDG has three clinics that offer primary medical care to active duty personnel and their family members, retirees, and dependents of retirees: the Family Health Clinic, the Warrior and Flight Medicine Clinic and the Pediatric Clinic. Specialty services available at the MDG include Women’s Health, Physical Therapy, Mental Health, Audiology, Dental, and Optometry.
