Do you live in the Atlanta, Georgia or Tampa, Florida metropolitan area? Your TRICARE health plan options are about to expand. Starting in January 2026, TRICARE Prime Atlanta and TRICARE Prime Tampa options, a Competitive Plans Demonstration, will bring more choices to eligible beneficiaries. These options are administered by CareSource Military & Veterans. Enrollees will get care from CSMV’s network of primary and specialty care providers.

TRICARE West Region’s managed care support contractor recently changed from HealthNet Federal Services to TriWest Healthcare Alliance, and the Defense Health Agency is implementing processes to help beneficiaries during the transition.

The 75th Medical Group is currently offering initial/booster COVID-19 (Pfizer only) and influenza vaccines to all active duty, GS, contractors, family members and retirees. Vaccines are available based upon supply. We do not yet have the vaccine for the 5-11 age group. Please check back for updates. An appointment is required to receive your vaccine, no walk-ins will be allowed.

TRICARE covers age-appropriate doses of vaccines, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
