The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Physical Therapy

We provide evaluation and treatment of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions to improve movement and function and maximize patient potential for an active and independent lifestyle. Our services are provided for all active-duty personnel, to include Guard and Reserve on active-duty status for 31 days consecutively or more, and our allied/NATO partners. All other categories will be eligible for services in accordance with 75 MDG policy. Direct Care Access to active-duty military members is available. If you have any acute muscle or joint pain/injury that is less than 14 days old, Physical Therapy can do an evaluation to aid in your recovery. You do not need a referral from your primary care manager to be evaluated. Physical therapy appointments for active-duty personnel are scheduled by the 75 MDG central appointment line.
