The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

During this partial government shutdown, the 75th Medical Group remains open and continues to honor scheduled medical and dental appointments. Our patient appointing service is open and we're still taking requests for appointments. We're doing our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries and their health care. The clinic’s Primary Care and Specialty Care services are fully operational. Ancillary services (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) also remain operational. As always, safe and high-quality health care remain our priority. Please call 801-586-2273 to schedule or cancel appointments. How it Works

The Women’s Health Clinic is in the Medical Group Annex, located next to Primary Care Uinta and Primary Care Uinta-Pediatrics. Check in at the front desk and let them know you are here for the Walk-in Clinic. They will let you know the expected wait time. All patients wanting IUD or Nexplanon will be required to have a urine pregnancy test.

The Contraceptive Care Walk-in Clinic is open to all enrolled patients. This is a walk-in clinic service offering all contraception needs. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times will vary. If time doesn’t allow for your contraceptive needs, we’ll set up a first-available appointment time.
