COVID-19 Vaccine Availability

The 75th Medical Group is currently offering initial/booster COVID-19 (Pfizer only) and influenza vaccines to all active duty, GS, contractors, family members and retirees. Vaccines are available based upon supply. 

We do not yet have the vaccine for the 5-11 age group. Please bookmark www.hill.tricare.mil and check back for updates.

How to Make an Appointment

An appointment is required to receive your vaccine, no walk-ins will be allowed.

To schedule your vaccine, please visit: https://informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX or scan the QR code with your smart phone. Use the same scheduler to cancel any scheduled appointment.

Troubleshooting Technical Issues

At times, there have been issues with accessing the site on an AFNET computer.  If you have issues, connect via your home computer or smart phone. With smart phone, it only shows the schedule by day not a month calendar which requires a search by day.

Vaccine Appointment Location

Vaccines will be given in the 75th Medical Group Immunizations clinic located at: 7321 Balmer St. Bldg 570, Hill AFB, UT.
